Dulce Bustamante new ICA YC Vice President for Asia-Pacific

We are pleased to welcome a new Vice President to the ICA Executive Committee, Dulce Bustamante from the Philippines. She was elected on 7 November 2023 in Manilla, Philippines, during the 16th ICA-AP Regional Assembly. 

Dulce is a lawyer and a cooperator, and a committed advocate of inclusivity, engagement, and empowerment of youth in the cooperative sector.
