Eda Kayadibinlioğlu is a member of the Youth Deal Cooperative (Genç İşi Kooperatif) - youth-led notfor-profit training, research, and development cooperative. Voting member at International Cooperative Alliance Youth Network, the Cooperative supports marginalized communities in accessing to decent work through cooperative entrepreneurship. In the last 5 years she had honed her research, coordination and analytical skills through the Youth Deal Cooperative’s activities conducted in partnership with International and national partners. Eda was extensively involved in fieldworks for needs assessment and cooperative start-up and capacity development trainings for underserved communities including NEETs. She graduated from Middle East Technical University with a B.A in International Relations.
