The Youth Committee organises an Annual Plenary Meeting yearly. They are the statutory meetings of the Youth Committee.
The Global Youth Representative on the ICA Board is elected every four years (current 2022-2026). The Members at Large on the Executive Committee serve for four-year terms (current 2019-2022). Elections are held as necessary to fill vacancies.
The last Youth Network Annual Plenary Meeting took place online on 28 September 2022.
